These terms outline the rules for using Sumox Games. They keep things fair and protect both you and us.
By creating an account or using any part of Sumox Games you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One person may not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in games or leaderboards.
Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, cheating, exploiting bugs, spamming, or any form of abuse toward other users or the platform is not tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these standards.
All game code, artwork, and assets on Sumox Games belong to TechNova Studios or their respective contributors. You may not redistribute, modify, or republish this content without permission. Content you create — like blog comments and suggestions — remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
Our games are designed to be fun and fair for everyone. Using automated scripts, bots, or any external tool that gives you an unfair edge is strictly prohibited. Tournament results are final, and any tampering with game state will result in disqualification.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or abuse platform services. Termination decisions are final. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
Sumox Games is provided as-is. TechNova Studios is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the platform. We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Sumox Games shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the Netherlands.
